Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shakun Business Coaching (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a business coaching and consulting firm and a partner of ActionCOACH, providing coaching programmes for startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and professionals. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled.

By enrolling in or purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

Coaching Programmes & Services

Our services include (but are not limited to):

      • One-to-one business coaching sessions

      • Group coaching programmes

      • ActionCOACH-aligned frameworks and assessments

      • Strategy calls, workshops, and consulting engagements

      • Digital programmes, resources, and learning materials

    Due to the personalised and intellectual nature of coaching services, refunds are governed by the conditions below.

     

    Refund Eligibility

    1. One-to-One Coaching / Strategy Calls

        • Full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

        • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or for no-shows.

        • Sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

      2. Coaching Programmes (Monthly / Fixed-Term / ActionCOACH Programmes)

          • Once a coaching programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued for partially used programmes.

          • Fees paid for completed sessions, shared resources, assessments, or delivered frameworks are non-refundable.

          • In exceptional cases (medical or unavoidable circumstances), refund or credit decisions are at the sole discretion of Shakun Business Coaching.

        3. Digital Products & Learning Resources

            • All digital content, recordings, templates, assessments, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access is granted.

          4. Workshops, Webinars & Group Sessions

              • Registration fees are non-refundable once the event has started or access has been provided.

              • If an event is cancelled by Shakun Business Coaching, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

             

            Payment & Refund Processing

                • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

                • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

                • Any transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

               

              Non-Refundable Situations

              Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

                  • Change of mind after programme enrolment

                  • Lack of participation or engagement by the client

                  • Failure to attend sessions without prior notice

                  • Dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations rather than service delivery

                 

                ActionCOACH Programmes Disclaimer

                For programmes delivered using ActionCOACH tools, systems, or frameworks, fees are governed by structured coaching delivery and intellectual property usage. Once access or delivery begins, refunds are generally not permitted.
